In the rare event that a veterinarian discovers a significant hereditary condition that affects your dog's long-term wellbeing, we provide a replacement puppy to ensure your family's happiness. Please be aware that all medical and transport costs are the owner's responsibility once the puppy is home.

Filing Your Claim
If a genetic concern is diagnosed, please share the official veterinary reports with us within 48 hours to begin the replacement process. To stay eligible for this coverage, it is important to provide your puppy with consistent medical care, high-quality nutrition, and a safe environment.
